This shop has always treated me fairly and I'm glad they are in West Seattle.

I brought my BMW into West Seattle Auto Works to fix a brake clip that was causing a rattle. What seemed like a simple fix to me turned out to be a little more involved, but the team handled it quickly and had the car ready the same day. The rattle is completely gone and the car sounds like new again. I was very happy with the service and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks guys, great job!

First time using West Seattle Auto works. Definitely a very good experience. My previous mechanic of 20 years retired, and I was nervous about finding a new place. Had a strange rattling noise under my car after hitting a box that fell off a recycling truck right in front of me. Long story short I was worried it wrecked something under my car. The people here were easy to schedule, Fast in responding and communicated clearly, diagnosed the problem. And were fair on price. I believe I have found my new mechanic! Highly recommend. Also, easy location to drop the car and catch a bus to work.
